Brief:
RAJASTHAN, land
of a people who are brave and chivalrous, is a land of
superlatives-every thing herein is breathtakingly beautiful,
impressive and fascinating. It is packed with history, art and
culture that goes back several centuries. Rajasthan has a total
area of 343,000 sq. km and the most striking feature of this land
is its division by the majestic Aravalli range which runs from
north east to south-west for about 688 km. Northwest of the
Aravallis are the Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Barmer and Bikaner regions,
it is the home of arid plains and the shifting sand dunes of the
great Thar Desert. The other side of the hills is a land of rich
in vegetation - Aravalli.

Day 01: Arrive
Delhi
You will be given assistance on arrival at Indira Gandhi
International Airport and will be transferred to the Hotel. On
arrival in the hotel you will be greeted in a typical Indian
style, by garlands and with a welcome drink. There will be
delicious Indian delicacies for you at the dinner. After dinner
you will retreat back to your room for over night stay.

Day 02:
Delhi
Sightseeing
Next morning start the day with your choicest menu in breakfast
and then start your day trip of Delhi.
First visiting sight will be Jama Masjid in old Delhi-
it is the biggest mosque in India,
Red Fort, Rajghat (memorial of Mahatma Gandhi) all will be covered
in Old Delhi trip. To wards the south of New Delhi
lies Qutub Minar - the highest tower in India
followed by a visit to Humayun's Tomb - the predecessor to Taj
Mahal.
In the center of Delhi is situated India Gate - the war memorial
built by British, take a halt in the gardens of India Gate and
enjoy the scenic view of the place, at the same stretch lies the
Rashtrapati Bhawan - one of the grandest presidential palaces in
the world, parliament house. You can enjoy shopping in one of the
busiest markets and through the narrow lanes of Chandni Chock
Bazaars. In the evening there is much more in stores waiting for
you, enjoy sound and light show at Red Fort that foretells you
about some interesting episodes taken from the glorious history of
the Mughal Regime. Over night at hotel.
Day 02: Delhi-Mandawa drives, 260-km/5 hours
Next day morning drive to Mandawa, it will be beautiful 5 hour
drive, check-in at the hotel. In afternoon you will be visiting
the beautiful village of Shekhawati, here, you will be awestruck
at the architectural splendor of the numerous havelis built in
18th and 19th century by the rich merchants as their residence.
Day 03: Mandawa-Bikaner drives, 200 km/4 hours
Morning drive to Bikaner
you will be reaching the place in 4 hours, on arrival check-in at
the hotel. In after noon you will be taken to a Camel Breeding Farm - it is a
unique experience where you can enjoy some time on the back of the
camel and have perhaps can also enjoy the taste of camel's milk.
You will be informed about the breeding time of the camels and
about the demand of the camels in international market. Relax in
the evening. Overnight at Bikaner.
Day 04:
Bikaner
Sightseeing
Today enjoy city tour covering Junagadh Fort - a massive fort, has
a 986 m long wall with 37 bastions and 2 entrances. Next you will
visit Bhand Sagar Jain Temple of 16th century, the temples are
beautifully carved and the walls depict many pictures of the Jain
Tirthankars. Enjoy the delicious Bikaneri cuisine full of snacks
and sweets in your dinner, over night stay at the hotel.
Day 05: Bikaner-Jaisalmer, 333 km/6 hours
Morning start your journey for Jaisalmer, by afternoon you will at
your destination. Rest of the day at your luxury, enjoy
recreational activities in the hotel or you can wonder in the
nearby market of the city, dinner and night stay at hotel.
Day 06: Sightseeing of
Jaisalmer City
The morning hours will be spent in a spectacular visit to the Jain
temples inside the Sonar Quila, there is also a museum displaying
a rich collection of robes and artifacts from the royal family of
Jaisalmer. Afterwards, you are guided to the Patwaon ki haveli
rich in its architectural splendor. The Gadisar Lake will offer
you some memorable views. Later in the afternoon, you will be
visiting the exciting Sam dunes, you can enjoy the camel ride on
the sand dunes followed by a viewing a sun setting from sun set
point. That night enjoy your stay in the tent houses under the
open sky definitely a lifetime experience on the cool sand of
Jaisalmer.
Day 07: Jaisalmer-Jodhpur, 297 km/5-1/2 hrs
After breakfast drive to Jodhpur and imperial city located at the
edge of the Thar Desert echoes with tales of antiquity in the
depletion of the desert. You will be passing through the desert
enchantments in way as you approach Jodhpur. A typical rural
Rajasthan view, women in their colorful long skirts with men
wearing different color turbans. On arrival in the city you will
be then taken to Mandore gardens, the erstwhile capital of Marwar
and Umaid Bhawan Palace, the present residence of the king of Jodhpur.
Back to your hotel to retire for the night.
Day 08: Jodhpur-Kumbhalgarh, 220-km/5 hours
Early morning start for Kumbhalgarh and check-in at the hotel. You
will visit to kumbhalgarh Fort- the fort is unique in it self due
to its inaccessibility on top of the Aravalli range at 1100
meters, it was here that the rulers of Mewar retreated in times of
danger. Pay a visit to the many temples, palaces, gardens and
water-storage facilities inside the 12-km walls of this colossal
fort. In evening drive to Ranakpur. Night stay at Ranakpur Tourist
Resort.

Day 09: Ranakpur-Udaipur, 4 hours
The place is another great Jain pilgrimage center carved out of
marble. The temples are quire famous for their intricate carving.
The main shrine of Adinath, with its 1444 columns, wills certainly
leave you wonder struck. Also see the sun temple and the other
temples in the campus. Then we drive towards Udaipur and make a
stopover at the fields to see the local way of farming and
irrigation. By late evening you reach Udaipur
and check in at your hotel.

Day 10: Udaipur Sightseeing
After breakfast at the hotel, you are guided to the marvelous City
Palace, the palace premises includes the peacock square and visit
the miniature painting school. Later in the evening pay a visit to
the temples of Nagada and Eklingji. Night stay at the hotel.
Day 11: Udaipur-Kota, 285-km
Morning drive to Kotah. Kota
lies along the banks of the Chambal
River. The historical city of palaces and temples is surrounded by
modern development such as the chemical and other industries due
to the Chambal River Valley Project, an irrigation and power
project. Pay a visit to The Rao Madho Singh Museum, Jagmandir:
City Palace and Fort. The city palace and fort overlooks the Kota
salvo and the Chambal River. Night stay at Kota.
Day 12: Kotah-Bundi-Ranthambhore, 200 km
Drive to Ranthambhore visiting en-route Bundi. On arrival,
check-in at the hotel. Bundi is the undiscovered splendor, 36 Km
from Kota ruled by the Hada Chauhans. The place has a picturesque
location and is rich with Rajput architecture shines and the
intricately carved brackets, pillars etc. See the gorgeous Diwan-e-
aam, Hati Pol, and Naubat Khana.
Day 13: Ranthambhore-Jaipur, 185 km/4 hours
By evening reach Ranthambhore Wildlife sanctuary, check in at the
hotel in Sawai Madhopur. Morning get ready for the wildlife
adventure in the great wilds of the park. Go for a jeep safari to
view the wildlife (Sanctuary remains closed from Jul. to Sep.) and
of course tigers in their natural habitat. Apart from tigers you
will also see a number of other wild species like monkeys, langurs
and alligators along with motley of birds. By evening you will be
reaching Jaipur, check in the hotel.
Day 14: Jaipur whole day Sightseeing
In morning engrossed with a visit to the Amber fort accompanied by
a thrilling elephant ride to the fort. The fort has many small
palace complexes, a museum housing many royal objects. Shish Mahal,
built in the 17th century in a fusion style of Hindu and Islamic
art, will surely mesmerize you. Also see the hall of public
audiences and Maharaja Man Singh's Palace.
Night at the hotel.
Day 15: Jaipur Sightseeing
After breakfast head for the Pink city to see the 18th century
astronomical observatory, Jantar Mantar and the exquisite City
Palace of the Maharaja of Jaipur. Inside the palace there are many
surprises waiting for you, surely you will be wonder struck by the
accumulation of delicate paintings, royal costumes, jewelry and
arms and ammunitions. After noon is at your leisure, enjoy the
bustling bazaars of Jaipur City embellished with colorful handmade
textiles, paintings another artifacts.
Stay for the night at your hotel.
Day 16: Jaipur-Delhi, 260 km/6 hours
Morning after a lavish breakfast drive back to Delhi and on
arrival, transfer to international Airport for onward flight.
